How I work

The best CMOs are comfortable on both sides of the house, fluent in pipeline math and in narrative, equally at home running the sales meeting or leading the rebrand.

That’s the seat I’ve held for the past decade, and it’s where I’m most useful to boards and CEOs who want marketing to do real work rather than produce slideware. I do my best work when there is a real number on the line.
